Holman said tens of thousands of units are needed. Open works is accepting monetary donations on their website, they've already raised $10,000. Holman said he will shave his beard he's been growing for more than 5 years, if they raise $25,000 by Friday.

here is a link to a pattern and how to video so we can at least feel like we are helping a little bit 😊. I've also done a little research as to what are the best materials for a homemade mask and it seems basic cotton as that from a heavy cotton T-shirt is best for effectiveness and comfort (source linked below as well). Also, a heavy wire in the nose section might be a good thing to add to this pattern, if you have the know-how to add that in.
